CONTRACT  AGREEMENT

This Contract Agreement is between Time Machine Antique Mall LLC, 190 Mid Rivers Mall Center, St. Peters, MO 63376 (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) and____________________________________________________________, (hereinafter referred to as “seller”).

This contract shall be on a 3 month basis. Seller may terminate this contract after the first month by providing 30 days written notice to the the owner. If Seller agrees to have an ongoing 3 month contract, they may place credit card information on file with the Owner and be billed automatically in which case this agreement will be carried forward perpetuity until terminated.

Owner hereby rents to Seller approximately __________ total square feet of floor space in Booth #(s) ________________ at the rate of

Owner hearby rents to Seller Display Case #(s) ____________ at the rate of $__________  per display case per month which equals

The Seller wishes to have online sales tracking at a cost of $ ______ per month.

The Seller agrees to pay for 1st month’s rent upon signing this contract. Upon termination of this contract any rent not owed to Owner will be refunded to Seller. The contract payment for the next month’s rent will be automatically deducted from the Seller's account at the end of the month.  We will inform any sellers whose account is short of funds by the 25th of the month so they may pay the difference to avoid any late charges. If the balance due is not paid by the 5th of the next month, a late fee of $20.00 will be added. The amount due will be deducted from the dealer account as funds are made available from sales.
I have been provided a copy of (or access to) the Vendor Guidelines and Agreement and I agree to rules and conditions within it as well as to the above conditions and guidelines of this contract with Time Machine Antique Mall LLC
